Billy Ray Cyrus,Rascal Flatts, Jason Aldean, Kid Rock to Perform at Trump Inauguration Weekend

As the United States prepares for the inauguration of President Donald Trump and Vice President J.D. Vance on January 20, 2025, a lineup of prominent musical acts has been announced to perform at various events throughout the weekend.

Make America Great Again Victory Rally

On Sunday, January 19, the Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C., will host the Make America Great Again Victory Rally. Performers include Kid Rock, Billy Ray Cyrus, Lee Greenwood, and The Village People, accompanied by a choir from Liberty University. Lee Greenwood, known for his patriotic anthem "God Bless the USA," expressed his enthusiasm, stating, "I'm excited to sing yet again for President of the United States and particularly my friend Donald J. Trump."

Swearing-In Ceremony

The official swearing-in ceremony on Monday, January 20, will feature Carrie Underwood performing "America the Beautiful," with the Armed Forces Chorus and the U.S. Naval Academy Glee Club. Opera tenor Christopher Macchio is slated to sing the National Anthem, and Lee Greenwood will also make an appearance. Underwood shared her sentiments, saying, "I love our country and am honored to have been asked to sing at the Inauguration and to be a small part of this historic event."


Inaugural Balls

Following the ceremony, three official inaugural balls will take place:

  • The Liberty Ball: Featuring performances by Jason Aldean, The Village People, and a surprise musical guest. Aldean, known for his song "Try That in a Small Town," is a five-time Grammy nominee.
